About the event
While many kids love exploring different art mediums and getting messy, some love to draw most of all. Sketchbook club is for kids ages 9-14 who want to improve their drawing skills and have fun doing it. Through exciting challenges and prompts, students will find an enjoyable balance between drawing the subjects they love the most and being stretched into new territory.
This class is hosted by a professional artist who specializes in drawing and who loves giving young artists guidance to grow.
This class meets weekly on Fridays at 4:30 - 6:00. Materials are included, but kids are encouraged to bring a sketchbook if they have one.
These classes are ongoing and stop only for civic holidays and school breaks (march break and summer). Students are welcome to join throughout the year and stop or pause attendance whenever neccessary.
